We’re Johnathan and Jessica Frank, the husband-and-wife duo behind The Cherished Home Group. We proudly lead our amazing teams located in both Santa Clarita, California, and Nashville, Tennessee. As a second-generation family real estate team, our journey began in 2013 when we joined forces with Jessica’s parents, Cat and Paul Humphries, who brought with them over three decades of real estate wisdom. Together, we’ve built a legacy of service, integrity, and care that continues to guide our work every single day.

We have a genuine passion for helping people find the home that’s right for them. Over the years, we’ve had the honor of helping more than 500 families and individuals buy and sell their homes—including over 50 successful relocations across state lines. We understand firsthand the challenges and excitement of moving, especially when relocating your whole family, because we’ve done it ourselves.
